My name is Tracy and I would like to welcome you to our home-away-from-home in Marco Island, Florida!
Being from Minnesota, my family and I needed to get away from the cold, snowy winters to the warmth and sun of warmer locales. After visiting SW Florida a few times in the early 1990s, my wife and I decided to buy a place for us to spend our winter vacations.
Knowing we can only spend a limited amount of time there, we also decided to make our property available to vacationers so they can have a place to call their own, too. I truly want you to feel at home in our condo, and to know that it is clean and safe, with the amenities you want in a wonderful location. A place you want to return to again and again.
Your hard-earned vacations are times filled with memories, and I hope I can help be a small part of making those memories happy ones.
